المسؤوليات
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Maintain filing systems for company and client records
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
- Assist in preparing listing agreements, contracts, and forms
- Coordinate with agents for documentation and compliance
- Maintain property listings and update records in CRM/portals
- Support transactions from offer to completion
- Liaise with developers, clients, and government entities
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
- Track agent documents, licenses, and renewals
