Contracts & Claims Manager

The Contracts & Claims Manager acts as the key focal point for all project stakeholders, ensuring a single, authoritative source of truth for contractual, claims, and commercial information. The role involves leading contract interpretation, managing disputes, and driving structured workflows for claims.
المسؤوليات
- Lead contract interpretation and administration
- Advise project leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure
- Ensure compliance with contractual notice provisions and timelines
- Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping systems
- Develop and implement the project claims strategy
- Lead preparation and submission of EOT, Prolongation, and Disruption claims
- Manage dispute resolution processes including negotiation and mediation
- Liaise with Client, Engineer, and stakeholders regarding contractual matters
- Provide contractual reports to senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
- Master’s degree in Construction Law or Arbitration (preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in construction contract administration and claims
- Experience on large-scale mega projects, preferably in the Middle East
- Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contract forms
- Strong understanding of arbitration rules (e.g. LCIA)
