The Contracts & Claims Manager acts as the key focal point for all project stakeholders, ensuring a single, authoritative source of truth for contractual, claims, and commercial information. The role involves leading contract interpretation, managing disputes, and driving structured workflows for claims.

المسؤوليات

  • Lead contract interpretation and administration
  • Advise project leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure
  • Ensure compliance with contractual notice provisions and timelines
  • Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping systems
  • Develop and implement the project claims strategy
  • Lead preparation and submission of EOT, Prolongation, and Disruption claims
  • Manage dispute resolution processes including negotiation and mediation
  • Liaise with Client, Engineer, and stakeholders regarding contractual matters
  • Provide contractual reports to senior management

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Master’s degree in Construction Law or Arbitration (preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in construction contract administration and claims
  • Experience on large-scale mega projects, preferably in the Middle East
  • Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contract forms
  • Strong understanding of arbitration rules (e.g. LCIA)
