We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong business development skills to join our growing team in UAE. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities in Construction, Fit-Out, and Maintenance projects while building strong relationships with clients and contractors.
المسؤوليات
- Generate new business opportunities in Construction, Fit-Out, and Maintenance
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Identify and secure new project leads and contracts
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations
- Achieve company sales and revenue targets
- Maintain strong market presence and client network
المؤهلات
- Civil Engineering background (Degree/Diploma)
- Proven experience in UAE construction or fit-out industry
- Arabic language required with Emirati-level accent/fluency
