Join a hotel that is a member of the Accor network. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals, with a preference for candidates who have a background in the Holy Cities region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our company in the local market.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Madinah and surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

المؤهلات

  • Saudi national only
  • Proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Madinah or other Holy Cities
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture and practices
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
