The Human Resources Manager will lead all aspects of HR management and strategy implementation. Developing and executing HR policies and programs that support the hotel’s objectives.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and forecast HR needs (recruitment, onboarding, L&D)
- Oversee the recruitment process for all hotel departments
- Manage the performance management cycle
- Ensure consistent application of Capability Management process
