Legal Counsel (Remote from Turkey)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. Act as a principal in-house legal advisor, providing guidance across product, commercial, corporate, and compliance matters.
المسؤوليات
- Provide legal advice on product development, privacy, and IP
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Support compliance initiatives and regulatory counseling
- Advise on global employment matters
- Collaborate with external counsel on cross-border issues
المؤهلات
- 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer (firm or in-house)
- Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction
- Experience in the crypto space is required
- Familiarity with SOC2 and GDPR compliance is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
