Software Engineer, Ads

Mid-level backend position within the Ads Organization at Reddit. You will work on microservices and APIs that power the advertiser-facing product, distributed systems for ad delivery, and real-time data intensive systems that measure performance.
المسؤوليات
- Work with product managers to design and implement Ads products
- Collaborate closely with platform and data teams while building new features
- Lead processes to improve operational stability, code quality, and dashboards
- Build extensible components aligned with product objectives
- Support project management tasks including timelines and execution
المؤهلات
- 3+ years of software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Java, Scala, Go, C++, Python)
- Able to take complete ownership of a feature or project
- Experience working in the Ads domain is a plus
- Understanding of customer needs in advertising business
