Product Manager Leader - Workplace Service

The Information Systems team is dedicated to building and enhancing the company’s internal enterprise platforms, supporting critical functions such as human resources, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and more. As a Product Manager Leader, you will be responsible for planning the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements and steering product direction using business and product analysis. You will analyze business problems, identify pain points, and coordinate with technology, testing, and operations teams to achieve business goals.

- Responsible for planning the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements
- Analyze and diagnose business problems and identify user pain points
- Deliver secure and user-friendly products and coordinate targets for multiple teams
- Responsible for product operations including training and data analysis
- Handle product requirement analysis and product design work independently
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products
- Familiar with internet product design and development processes
