We are searching for an experienced M&R Supervisor at our MEDLOG Saudi Arabia - Ad Dammam facility. The M&R Supervisor is responsible for container inspection, assessment, and oversight of maintenance works.

المسؤوليات

  • Supervise routine inspection of incoming and outgoing containers
  • Assess damages and determine repair requirements as per IICL or shipping line standards
  • Oversee repair works including panel replacement, welding, flooring, painting, and structural fixes
  • Monitor reefer container maintenance, temperature checks, and pre-trip inspections (PTI)
  • Lead and manage technicians, welders, painters, and reefer mechanics
  • Enforce all HSE regulations and safe working practices
  • Coordinate with terminal operations, shipping lines, and depot teams
  • Maintain records of repaired containers, repair costs, and labor used
  • Update repair status in the Terminal Operating System (TOS)

المؤهلات

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Certification in IICL (Institute of International Container Lessors) standards is highly preferred
  • 5+ years in container maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
