To oversee the day-to-day operations, hygiene, safety, and discipline of the female staff accommodation, ensuring a comfortable, secure, and compliant living environment in line with company policies and UAE regulations. Gender Requirement: Female only.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and manage daily operations of female staff accommodation
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene standards, and housekeeping
- Monitor room occupancy and bed allocation
- Enforce accommodation rules and code of conduct
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and housekeeping
- Maintain inventory of accommodation assets
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence standards
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in staff accommodation management, housekeeping supervision, or facility operations in the UAE
- Experience managing female staff accommodation is mandatory
