MHE Trainer

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operators.
المسؤوليات
- Design and develop training materials for MHE operators
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops
- Assess the performance of trainees and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and certification outcomes
- Assist in the development of safety manuals
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in MHE operations
- Relevant certifications in MHE operation and training methodologies
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus
