We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth operations.

المسؤوليات

  • Coordinate and process purchase requests in line with company policies
  • Source suppliers, request quotations, and prepare comparison sheets
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier databases
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand material and service requirements
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, or quality issues

المؤهلات

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing coordination
  • Familiarity with ERP/Procurement systems
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
