We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer / QA/QC Inspector with strong expertise in Oil & Gas tank construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, international codes, and client requirements.
المسؤوليات
- Implement and monitor QA/QC plans, ITPs, and quality procedures for tank construction works
- Conduct inspection and testing activities for materials, welding, fabrication, erection, and coating
- Ensure compliance with API 650 / API 653, ASME, ASTM, and project specifications
- Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
- Perform and coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) and review reports
- Monitor hydrostatic testing, dimensional checks, and final inspections
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, NCRs, and punch lists
- Coordinate with construction, client, consultant, and third-party inspectors
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for non-conformities
- Support final dossier preparation and project handover documentation
المؤهلات
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 7–12 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas tank construction projects
