Reach Behavior and Development Center is a dynamic and collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality support to children with developmental delays. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

المسؤوليات

  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs
  • Assist with recruitment efforts
  • Establish and conduct orientation and training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing HR requirements
  • Conduct investigations and maintain records
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to standard operating procedures

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
  • 5+ years in Human Resources and recruitment
