Field Service Engineer - System 800xA PMS

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customer to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.
المسؤوليات
- Performing complex field service tasks
- Troubleshoot Equipment/Process failures
- Planning and preparing site work for larger project team
- Managing related subcontractors at site
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work
- Coaching technicians and engineers
المؤهلات
- Graduate Engineer in instrumentation, Electrical or Equivalent Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ABB system 800xA power management system (PMS)
- Integration of IEC61850 Devices experience
- Working knowledge in industrial communication protocols like IEC104 Modbus- RTU & TCP, OPC, IEC61131
