Customer Care Head (Location Control Management)

Accountable for providing oversight of all aspects of customer complaint management, service quality, conduct risk, and regulatory compliance for the Saudi branch. You will act as the single point of contact for customer treatment, fair outcomes, and regulatory adherence.

المسؤوليات

  • Own end-to-end complaint lifecycle for all products/channels
  • Act as first-line owner for SAMA Consumer Protection Principles
  • Lead regulatory reporting and engagement with SAMA
  • Oversee the location control environment and provide a consolidated view of operational risk
  • Act as a member of the Local Management Committee
  • Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews
  • Partner with business to prepare for location specific audits

المؤهلات

  • Experience in banking/financial services; 5+ years in complaints/conduct risk
  • Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Law, or Risk (MBA preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of SAMA Consumer Protection Principles
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills under pressure
