District Sales Manager

Drive and achieve the revenue objectives for the assigned area by managing and motivating the field force, driving marketing initiatives as well as account management to ensure sales contribution in line with company objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Drive and motivate the field force to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Visit medical representatives on field to supervise and coach
- Track performance of MRs on a weekly basis
- Implement marketing plans and activities
- Monitor target achievement by team for each product
- Conduct MR recruitment
- Drive marketing activities and build brand image
- Lead, develop and manage key accounts
- Manage wholesalers and distributors in allocated areas
- Track competition and redesign business strategy
المؤهلات
- BS degree in pharmaceutical / Medical / Dental science
- At least 5 years of experience required including 2 years as a sales/District/Territory Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
