A leading FinTech company based in Sharjah is seeking a Client Support Agent to enhance client experience and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires excellent Arabic and English communication skills and at least 2 years of customer service experience. The successful candidate will manage client inquiries, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service, including availability for evening and weekend shifts. A knowledge of CRM systems like Zendesk is a plus.
