GBS is the leading Enterprise Solutions provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and market share growth.
- Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and emerging business segments.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and monitor their performance regularly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across enterprise and government sectors.
- Oversee proposal development, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Manage vendor relations to secure competitive pricing and certifications.
- Stay updated on market trends and new technologies in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Riyadh.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise or government clients.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions (e.g., Managed Services, ITO, Cybersecurity, Cloud).
- Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
