This role is responsible for ensuring projects, administration, and internal operations move forward clearly and efficiently. Combines hands-on execution with the ability to structure work for a decorative lighting and artwork consultancy.

المسؤوليات

  • Prepare and issue project quotations
  • Assist with tender documentation and technical submissions
  • Manage office administration and government renewals
  • Coordinate meetings and calendars
  • Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
  • Support HR admin tasks including visa and insurance documentation

المؤهلات

  • 5+ years experience in administration, project coordination, or operations roles in the UAE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
