OPERATIONS & PROJECT COORDINATION LEAD

This role is responsible for ensuring projects, administration, and internal operations move forward clearly and efficiently. Combines hands-on execution with the ability to structure work for a decorative lighting and artwork consultancy.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare and issue project quotations
- Assist with tender documentation and technical submissions
- Manage office administration and government renewals
- Coordinate meetings and calendars
- Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Support HR admin tasks including visa and insurance documentation
المؤهلات
- 5+ years experience in administration, project coordination, or operations roles in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
