- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers
- Identify key decision-makers within client organizations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Approach and acquire potential clients
- Maintain knowledge of market trends
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in SME banking
- Proven experience in planning sales or relationship strategies
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
