A leading business solutions company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer with solid experience in Data Management and Data Governance to support the development of high-quality technical proposals for consulting projects. You will develop and write technical proposals related to Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Management Offices (DMO).
المسؤوليات
- Develop and write technical proposals related to Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Management Offices (DMO).
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and TORs to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with consulting and technical teams to structure comprehensive and compliant proposals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, professional, and client-focused content.
- Ensure consistency with company branding, quality standards, and proposal guidelines.
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in technical or consulting proposal writing.
- Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Management concepts.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience with consulting firms or government/enterprise projects is preferred.
