The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by assisting with administrative tasks, employee records, recruitment coordination, and HR programs. This role ensures smooth HR operations and provides support to employees and management.

  • Assist with recruitment activities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR events
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

المؤهلات

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
