Director Commercial Partnerships and Land Development

The job holder is responsible for leading the business development and opportunity structuring agenda for KSIADC’s landside real estate portfolio, including setting direction, structuring and executing investable opportunities and partnerships to maximize land value.
المسؤوليات
- Contribute to the Real Estate Development business plan and strategy
- Lead the origination and prioritization of landside real estate opportunities
- Set preferred development and partnership models
- Define investment return thresholds and partner evaluation criteria
- Oversee opportunity pipeline from identification through investable concept
- Structure opportunities into investor-ready propositions
- Lead engagement with strategic investors, developers, and operators
- Conclude commercial negotiations with selected partners
- Oversee the design of policies and procedures governing function activities
المؤهلات
- Minimum 14 years of experience in real estate or large-scale development
- At least 7 years in a leadership role leading end-to-end structuring of complex transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
