Lead dealership sales strategy and execution. Drive sales growth and profitability. Ensure exceptional customer and dealer experiences. Manage a high-performing sales team. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across new and pre-owned vehicle channels. Lead and coach sales managers and consultants. Set and monitor KPIs and create plans to optimize results. Own pricing, incentives, and inventory management. Develop targeted marketing and lead-generation initiatives. Optimize CRM and lead management workflows. Manage relationships with OEM partners. Oversee deal structuring and documentation.

المؤهلات

  • Proven record of meeting profitability targets
