The core manufacturing activities include real estate development, façade cladding, glazing systems, architectural aluminum products, and precast concrete products.
Job purpose: Managing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Coordinating various aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and safety compliance.
Key accountability areas:
- Project planning & scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate with project managers, architects, and designers; adjust schedules as needed.
- Resource management: Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment effectively; supervise procurement; minimize costs and delays.
- Construction supervision: Oversee day-to-day activities; inspect sites for quality control; manage subcontractors.
- Safety management: Enforce safety protocols; conduct audits and training; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cost & budget management: Track expenses; review invoices; identify potential cost overruns.
- Collaboration & communication: Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; communicate progress and risks to management.
- Problem solving: Resolve delays, technical problems, or resource shortages.
Role accountability includes HR proficiency, delivery targets, problem-solving, quality control, business process improvements, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance.

- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet their deadlines and quality requirements
- Promote and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Track project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders
المؤهلات
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of work experience
