Motivated and ambitious Real Estate - Sales Manager to join our growing brokerage in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions across leasing, secondary sales, and off-plan projects.
المسؤوليات
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and networking
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 year of real estate experience in Dubai (preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Dubai property market
