QA/QC Engineer

Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists for solar plant construction and commissioning. Conduct inspections of solar modules, inverters, transformers, electrical systems, and civil works to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists for solar plant construction and commissioning
- Conduct inspections of solar modules, inverters, transformers, electrical systems, and civil works
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Ensure adherence to Qatar Energy requirements, ISO standards, and local regulatory codes
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and components delivered to site against approved specifications
- Identify, document, and track NCRs; implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support internal and external audits
- Recommend improvements in processes, procedures, and quality standards for solar plant projects
- Ensure QA/QC activities align with HSE requirements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, QA/QC training, or equivalent professional certifications
- Specialized training/experience in solar plant construction and renewable energy projects (mandatory)
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards and local regulatory requirements
