Site In Charge

Reporting to the RFS, the site in-charge is responsible for the overall operation of the site including all activities and has specific accountability for the performance of the forecourt, convenience store and overall site presentation. A site in charge is the key representative between the company and the customer and as such is responsible to ensure that the company standards & objectives are met through leading, motivating & developing all staff reporting to him.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the customer service experience by ensuring that employees provide at all time the standard customer service
- Accountable to achieve sales targets and drive financials performances of the site
- Analyze monthly profit and sales reports for all areas of the business
- Monitoring of all shifts.
- Conducting nights visits/inspections and report any findings.
- Ensure sufficient stock of all products is available always to satisfy all customer demands.
- Ensure that no LTI occurs at the site.
المؤهلات
- College graduate or equivalent in business administration or Finance
- Adequate written and verbal communication with English and Arabic
