Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist is responsible for implementing departmental policies and procedures pertaining to accounts payable, fixed assets, and financial reporting. The specialist is expected to ensure financial controls are effectively executed as per the initial designs recommended by management.
المسؤوليات
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
- Conducts day-to-day transactional processing and reporting on taxation
- Disburses petty cash by recording entries and verifying documentation
- Ensures that payments are made securely via the system
- Monitors all related payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, and invoices
- Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports
- Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities and resolving discrepancies
- Prepares, validates, and submits monthly and quarterly VAT returns for KSA entities
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
- Works with E-Invoicing laws in KSA
- Prepares Withholding Tax (WHT) reports following ZATCA regulations
- Documents review results pertaining to the execution of specific financial controls
- Implements applicable procedures for internal controls over financial reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Professional Certificate in Finance Management; SOCPA Fellowship Certificate is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance or the Accounting field
