The Accommodation team at Trip.com is seeking a Market Executive in Jeddah. You will play a key role supporting the business development team by managing systems, tools, and administrative processes. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with hotel partners, guiding them on the extranet system, and analyzing market production data.
المسؤوليات
- Support maintaining strong relationships with local hotel partners
- Guide hotel partners on using the extranet system (rates and availability)
- Assist with hotel onboarding (account setup, mapping, ARI management)
- Resolve partner-related issues (accounting, reservations, rate parity)
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Evaluate production data and recommend actions
- Prepare business review reports
- Coordinate merchandising and special deals for partners
- Manage hotel accounts to support market performance
