The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end HR operations
- Lead recruitment and talent management
- Act as primary contact for employee relations
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
- Implement performance review systems
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
