Payroll & ER Manager

Own payroll accuracy, labor law compliance, and employee relations across the organization for NOK Human Capital. Manage end-to-end payroll operations and lead employee relations activities.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee the full monthly payroll cycle
- Review attendance, overtime, and final settlements
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax and social insurance regulations
- Handle grievances, investigations, and disciplinary procedures
- Advise management on ER best practices
- Manage personnel files and employee contracts
- Prepare workforce analytics reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- 7+ years of experience in Payroll and Employee Relations
