LOEWE is seeking a Store Manager in Kuwait. You will seek business opportunities to exceed results, coach and develop the team, and inspire them to put the client first. Responsibilities include team management, client experience enhancement, business development, and operational oversight.
المسؤوليات
- Grow and develop the team through regular coaching and feedback
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent
- Lead from the front in connecting with clients
- Grow the top line sales of the store
- Maintain inventory and be accountable for inventory management
- Ensure all store processes and Health & Safety matters are adhered to
المؤهلات
- Proven experience within a similar environment leading diverse people to success
- Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen
- Fluent in English
