Assistant Supply Chain Manager

Support end-to-end supply chain operations with a primary focus on demand & supply planning, supplier management, and optimizing inventory replenishment to reduce expiries, prevent stockouts, and ensure seamless product availability.
المسؤوليات
- Execute monthly demand and supply planning cycles
- Monitor inventory levels and pipeline to maintain optimal coverage
- Manage daily communication with suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and secure competitive deals
- Coordinate internal workflows related to suppliers with finance
- Maintain accurate master data in the ERP system
- Track supply performance and highlight risks
- Prepare routine supply chain reports and KPIs
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Knowledge of F&B supply chain operations is an advantage
