BLVD Holiday Homes is a professional short-term rental and holiday home management company based in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to support the growth of our managed property portfolio. The primary objective of this role is to source and onboard qualified residential properties under management through outbound business development activities. This is a sales-driven role focused on property acquisition, not customer support or administrative work.

  • Identify and engage property owners and investors suitable for short-term or mid-term rental management
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, WhatsApp, referrals, agent networks, and property portals
  • Advise owners on rental strategies, including short-term, mid-term, and long-term options
  • Explain expected performance metrics such as ADR, occupancy, and net rental yield
  • Assess upgrade potential and communicate possible revenue uplift
  • Handle commercial objections related to fees, risk, control, and performance comparisons
  • Qualify properties accurately before onboarding
  • Advance opportunities through to signed management agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and deal progression in HubSpot CRM
  • Meet defined acquisition and performance KPIs

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real estate sales or leasing, Property management business development, or B2B sales with deal values above AED 50,000
  • Proven outbound sales or prospecting experience (cold or warm outreach)
  • Experience selling to property owners or investors rather than retail consumers
  • Strong commercial communication skills, with comfort discussing financial performance and numbers
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is preferred
  • Fluent in English
