Training & Quality Specialist (Remote)

This role provides relevant new hire and supportive ongoing training/professional development. Essential Functions: Designs, develops and facilitates training programs using adult learning principles. Redesigns training materials to align with strategic goals. Assesses learning needs and organizes educational programs (orientations, continuing education). Identifies educational opportunities to influence stakeholder behavior. Acts as a mentor, providing feedback and coaching. Reviews accuracy and effectiveness of curriculum. Collaborates to identify best practices. Reviews selected care plans to assess quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration. 8 years clinical experience with 2 years responsibility for training. Working knowledge of instructional design. RN license required. Salary: $77,256 - $153,439.

- Use instructional design principles to review and redesign training materials
- Assess learning needs and develop educational programs (orientations, continuing education)
- Organize and support educational activities including webinars and learning tools
- Act as a mentor, providing feedback and coaching to trainees
- Review accuracy and effectiveness of curriculum and content
- Collaborate to identify best practices to improve care delivery
- Review randomized selected care plans and/or case reviews to assess quality
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 8 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- 2 years of responsibility for training, precepting and/or mentoring staff
- Working knowledge of instructional design and/or curriculum development
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure
