The University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a primary brand ambassador, guiding and converting prospective students from their initial inquiry through to enrollment.
المسؤوليات
- Lead Management & Conversion: Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students and parents
- Application Processing: Oversee the admissions process and manage associated queries
- Pipeline Management: Manage the lead-to-enrollment process using the CRM system
- Progression & Conversion: Analyse qualifications of prospective students
- Events & Network Growth: Contribute to the planning and organization of campus open events
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal Administrative and Academic teams
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on regional activities and trends
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in student recruitment or consultative sales
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
