Translational Research in Oncology (TRIO) is a global academic clinical research organization dedicated to advancing translational cancer research in the clinical trial setting. TRIO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Information Services team. The ideal candidate will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of strategic initiatives—from opportunity identification and business case development through delivery and benefit realization. This leader will drive outcomes across cross‑functional teams ensuring projects are delivered on‑time, on budget, and at the expected quality.

- Lead discovery with business stakeholders to identify opportunities
- Develop comprehensive business cases outlining financial, operational, and strategic benefits
- Create measurement frameworks to track progress
- Facilitate project intake and prioritization
- Manage scope, cost, and schedule to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify and mitigate risks
- Monitor and measure project benefits to ensure delivery of expected value
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably within the clinical research industry
- Demonstrated success developing business cases that achieve desired business outcomes
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
