Deputy Store Director

As a Deputy Store Director at LOEWE, you will support the Store Director in seeking business opportunities to exceed commercial results. You will coach and develop the team in a style which is personable and hands-on, inspiring them to always put the client first and continually looking for ways to exceed expectations.
المسؤوليات
- Grow and develop the team through regular coaching and feedback
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans
- Organize the team and shop floor coverage to meet business needs
- Communicate company messages during briefings and training
- Role model client connection and coach the team on selling ceremony
- Manage customer flow to ensure high level of service
- Support implementing strategic plans and actions to drive performance
- Analyze and monitor store level business performance and audits
- Take full responsibility of the Store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Maintain inventory management and accuracy

- Proven experience within a similar environment leading diverse people to success
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen
- Ability to be agile, creative, and commercial in solution development
- Passionate and knowledgeable about product and the industry
- Client centric mindset
- Fluent in English
