Ground Operations Team Member

Join Our Team as a Ground Operations Team Member! In this role, you'll be out in the field, visiting branches, checking in on captains, and making sure all operational standards are being met. You'll play a key part in keeping everything running efficiently and ensuring top-quality performance across all locations.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct daily visits to monitor store and captain performance
- Ensure newly onboarded captains are effectively trained
- Regularly inspect captain waiting areas for safety standards
- Monitoring and improving captain performance (OTD, uniform compliance)
- Record captain performance based on trip completion
- Reporting all captains issues to supervisors
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
