Head of Procurement

Vice President of Procurement required on behalf of a rapidly growing data center developer with 2GW of hyperscale capacity underway across the U.S. This is a remote leadership role with the mandate to build and scale the Procurement function from the ground up.

- Oversee sourcing of all long‑lead critical infrastructure (generators, UPS, chillers, etc.)
- Drive cross‑functional alignment to ensure timely material purchasing
- Lead commercial negotiations with MEP contractors
- Manage service agreements and AMCs for major equipment
- Develop procurement strategies focused on value engineering
- Strengthen supplier governance through audits and performance oversight
- Oversee contract approvals, renewals, and compliance
