The Manager, Sales is a management role, responsible for managing a team of sales specialists and or client managers in order to assist in the achievement of sales targets through the allocation of territories and targets resulting in outstanding sales performance.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure strategic sales objectives are met
  • Assists team to define the market approach and achieve set targets
  • Ensures implementation of sales procedures and policies
  • Develop and implement supporting operational strategy
  • Setting and measuring performance targets and enforcing account plans
  • Pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Attend key client meetings and articulate value proposition

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing
  • Advanced experience in a sales management role, preferably within a global technology services organization
  • Advanced track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
