Support the day-to-day operations of our customer relationship management strategy. This role will be central to the execution of email and WhatsApp automations, segmentation of leads for retargeting, data hygiene, and post-sales engagement initiatives.
المسؤوليات
- Build and manage automated workflows in CRM tools
- Assist in WhatsApp broadcast preparation and execution
- Filter and tag leads based on lifecycle stage
- Maintain CRM hygiene by reviewing lead notes and statuses
- Filter, clean, and format DLD data for sales agents
- Track and support agent compliance with post-sale actions
المؤهلات
- 2+ years’ experience in a CRM, marketing operations, or data-focused role
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
- Proficiency with tools like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, or other automation platforms
