Growth Specialist

Hepsiburada is looking for a Growth Specialist to take responsibility for long term and sustainable growth. You will develop objectives, frameworks, and metrics to execute effective growth initiatives across the customer funnel.
المسؤوليات
- Develop objectives and infrastructure for growth initiatives
- Lead personalization initiatives and design customer journeys
- Optimize the acquisition funnel through continuous testing (A/B testing)
- Drive effective use of marketing tools (SMS, Email, Push)
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to develop website experiences
- Ideate with the product team on potential growth features.
المؤهلات
- BA/BS in engineering, business administration, marketing, or related majors
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, consulting, or growth roles
- Solid track record of driving massive user growth
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce ecosystem
- Proven track record of building business cases based on analytical modeling
- Good understanding of UX (conversion funnels)
