We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Front Desk Executive to join our vibrant team in Dubai. In this role, you will be at the heart of our office operations, responsible for ensuring that our front desk runs smoothly and efficiently as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
المسؤوليات
- Reception and front desk management
- Provide administrative support and office coordination
- Assist with HR functions, including employee documentation and onboarding support
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain an organized front desk area and office environment
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Implement and maintain filing systems
- Support special projects and initiatives
المؤهلات
- Admin: 3 years (Preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual (English is Mandatory)
