We are looking for a Nutrition Engineer specializing in Food Manufacturing and Food Technology to support food production and quality operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in food formulation, production optimization, and compliance with food safety standards. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality product standards and efficient production processes.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee food manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Develop and optimize food formulations, production methods, and technology processes
- Conduct nutritional analysis and ensure products meet regulatory and market requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers, production, and quality teams
- Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Provide technical support for product innovation and testing
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food technology, or nutrition engineering
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or related field
