eMagine law is currently hiring exclusively for a global giant in Saudi Arabia. You’ll be the go-to legal partner for day-to-day commercial work, governance, regulatory matters, and the occasional dispute. This is an opportunity to grow and develop your legal career at a true global conglomerate.
المسؤوليات
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Developing templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
- Supporting strategic projects and cross-border work
- Handling entity lifecycle in KSA (formations, licensing, renewals)
- Advising stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, Tax
- Managing regulatory filings and inspections with government bodies
- Supporting pre-litigation strategy and legal notices
المؤهلات
- LLB (Masters is a plus)
- Licensed / eligible to be licensed in Saudi Arabia
- 5+ years PQE with strong Saudi law exposure
