Program Management Office (PMO) consultant for a major urban refurbishment in Riyadh. This program is a brownfield development involving heritage structures. The Sales & Leasing Lead will develop strategies for residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use assets aligned with client objectives.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and refine sales and leasing strategies for assets
  • Define target tenant and buyer profiles and mix strategies
  • Support preparation of pricing strategies and rent levels
  • Lead or support negotiations with key tenants and anchor occupants
  • Oversee and monitor performance of external sales/leasing brokers
  • Prepare and present sales and leasing reports to leadership

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Finance, or Economics
  • Minimum 15+ years hands-on experience in real estate sales, leasing, or asset management
  • Position restricted to Saudi nationals
