المسؤوليات

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, emails, and mail, ordering office supplies, and managing conference rooms
  • Maintain the intranet, directories, organizational charts, and other documentation
  • Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer and Directors of Human Resources with HR responsibilities and special projects
  • Monitor access and respond to inquiries from the HR mailbox while auditing HR programs
  • Perform general office duties for the leadership team

المؤهلات

  • Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management, or human resources experience
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe, and Webex)
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
